Candidate for District 18, SD State House of Representatives

Listen, Work Together, Move Forward. That is my motto.

As a former high school teacher, I served as the Student Council advisor. I hate to admit it, but those students did a lot better job listening to each other and finding ways to work together than actual politicians today.

As your next state representative, that is what I want to do. I want to listen to you and find ways to work together.

I know you cannot make everyone happy all the time, but I believe we can achieve great things when we listen and work together.

If you want someone who will treat you like your vote matters, I’d be honored to earn your vote.

Paul’s Priorities

  • Education

    Supports increased funding for education, including pay for certified and support staff. Also supports programs to feed school children.

  • Children

    Supports state funding incentives for daycare centers and state grants for in-home daycares, expanding quality and affordable options for working parents.

  • Health Care

    Supports quality and affordable healthcare for all South Dakotans.

  • Land Rights

    Supports strengthened land rights for owners.

  • Equal Rights

    Supports the Golden Rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated.

  • Long-Term Care

    Supports funding private facilities with grants and social service support to help the aging population keep life savings and/or their homes.
